Striped Bass/Bluefish Charters:
Striped Bass are a migratory fish arriving in mid-May and staying through October. Sea Fever charters use a variety of techniques to catch Stripers and do our best to accommodate our passengers to what best suits them. Striped Bass trips regularly run to Race Point and Billings Gate providing both full day and half day excursions.

We are allowed to keep 2 bass per person 28" and up. Bluefish have no size limit and we can keep 10 fish per person. The most common way we fish for bass is by trolling jigs on wire line, two anglers will bounce these jigs off the bottom until they hook up. If this type of bass fishing does not interest you; you may want to book your trip for mid May when we take charters out and liveline Macerell. We liveline Macerall over local rock piles and sand bars. If you are looking to catch a 50 lb bass this is your best chance. Macerall are migratory and arrive in the beginning of May and usually hang around through mid June.

Mixed Charters
You may also request our mixed charters with the option of 2 of the following: 1/2 day Cod, 1/2 day Shark, 1/2 day Tuna, 1/2 day Stripper.

At the end of the day the Mate fillets all fish. The Sea Fever is fortunate to have an experienced and knowledgeable Mate who works extremely hard to provide you with the most rewarding day at sea. It is customary to provide the Mate with a gratuity of 18-20% of the overall trip cost.
