
Sea Fever Charter is dedicated to ensure
that you have the best possible experience.
To ensure your satisfaction and to assist us
with scheduling we have developed the
following booking and cancellation policy.
If at any time you have any questions please
contact us and we would be happy to clarify
any situation with you.
Deposit: All bookings require a
$200 deposit. If your scheduled excursion is
cancelled due to bad weather your deposit
will be refunded in full.
Cancellation: Cancellation of a
trip must be within 7 days of the scheduled
trip or the deposit will be nonrefundable.
Again, deposits are fully refunded if we
need to cancel an excursion for safety
reasons.
Trips will depart rain or shine,
cancellations are due to unsafe sea
conditions.
Payment Methods: We accept Master
Card, Visa, American Express and Discover
cards, as well as Checks and Cash for all
excursions.
Mates Gratuities: The Sea Fever is
fortunate to have an experienced and
knowledgeable Mate who works extremely hard
to provide you with the most rewarding day
at sea. It is customary to provide the Mate
with a gratuity of 18-20% of the overall
trip cost. |
